Bihar Police SI and SDFSO Selection Process 2023

Preliminary Examination:

• The preliminary examination will consist of one paper of 200 marks in which the total number of questions will be 100 and the duration of the examination will be of 2 (two) hours. In the said paper, questions related to general knowledge and current affairs will be asked.

Main Examination:

• Successful candidates in the preliminary examination will be given the opportunity to appear in the main examination. There will be two papers in the main examination.
• The first paper will be of 2 (two) hours in general Hindi of 200 marks, in which there will be 100 questions and it will be mandatory to obtain a minimum qualifying mark of 30 percent, otherwise, they will be disqualified. The score of the General Hindi paper will not be added to the merit determination.
• The second paper will be related to General Studies, General Science, Civics, Indian History, Indian Geography, Mathematics, and Mental Ability Tests. The total marks of the second paper will be 200, in which the total number of questions will be 100 and the duration of the exam will be 2 (two) hours.
